Vacation Time!

Tuesday night started my 10 day vacation from work. I am so excited about it. For those of you that don’t know I was adopted, and my biological mom is coming to visit for a few days. I still have lots of cleaning to do.
My fridge broke a couple of days ago, and we just got it fixed today. Right now we have absolutely no food in the house right now. I don’t get paid until Friday, and I have to pick up my laundry, change my tires, and go to the airport at 9 am. So I’ll be busy busy busy for the next few days.
Hopefully I’ll have some pictures from the visit. There’s not really much to do around Huntsville, so I’ll mostly be just showing her around my old haunts, and all that jazz.
Well it’s time for me to do some more cleaning. See everyone again in a couple of days.

Cleaning for her visit is good, but don’t go overboard - she isn’t there to inspect your house, she’s there to see you.
Showing her around “your old haunts” sounds like an excellent idea indeed.

Enjoy your vacation. I hope you have a wonderful time visiting with your biological mother. That must be something! I just had to get new tires as well, it’s quite an expense. I hope everything works out for you and you have a great time.
